"One year after Marés Negras festival have manipolized the Oporto city, with the marathon of six hours of music, specially for the metal followers it's time for Carcavelos to receive this movement with the second act. With the purpose to allow the acess to one sonority with more and more fans in Portugal, now intituled ALLIANCE FEST it will take place in Lombos Pavillion to presents in the days of 08 and 09 of August one poster full of bands with excelent proves in the national and international underground scene.
With the same concept of Marés Negras – to give, the similarity like other summer festivals one event where the fans of more darker sonoritys can see live their bands of election - the ALLIANCE FEST pretends to be the bigest metal festival of Portugal. During 2 days, 08 and 09 of August the organization espects to receive 5 thousand fans in Lombos Pavillion of Carcavelos, one space made by details for this same event to be marked and remembered in our country.
To the ones already confirmed Arch Enemy (SW), Anathema (UK), Marduk (SW), Exodus (USA) and 3 Inches of Blood (CA) also joins now, Finntroll (FN). And representing Portugal the most internacional portuguese band, Moonspell (that also performed in Marés Negras in Porto, in 2007), and We Are The Damned, Blacksunrise, Echidna, Shadowsphere and Kalashnikov.
One festival of affinitys between different genres of metal that results from one partnership between the portuguese PRIME ARTISTS and the spanish FRONTLINE."
